  • 1 Extra bed for children (below 12 years) is complimentary for all cottages.
  • If there are extra adults staying in each room, they will be charged ₹ 1,000/- per night incl of breakfast.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation of any booking is made:

  • If any cancellation during the date of arrival, full charges will be applied.
  • 3-7 days before the date of arrival, 50% half of the room rate will be charged.
  • 8-10 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the refund will be rewarded.
  • 11-30 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the refund will be rewarded.

The above is applicable for all bookings made 30 days or less resulting in any cancellation due to 

  1. Pandemic.
  2. Emergency.
  3. Inconvenience of stay.
  4. Unexpected evenets.

Room Overview

Experience living in an A-shaped cottage on the top of a hill, with a cosy attic bedroom for two. The ground floor features a queen-sized bed and a living room with a view of the green rolling hills. For those cold winter nights, the room features wooden floors and a tea/coffee maker.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and premium fittings. Toiletries will be provided along with Towels and Bed Linen.
Each room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite TV but with the sights and sounds of the rolling green hills, and the two swimming pools, the TV will be the last thing on your mind.
Our in-house restaurant serves the best Indian and continental breakfast this side of the sun. Don’t believe us? Why don’t you give it a try?.
