CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation of any booking is made:

If any cancellation during the date of arrival, full charges will be applied.
3-7 days before the date of arrival, 50% half of the room rate will be charged.
8-10 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the refund will be rewarded.
11-30 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the refund will be rewarded.

The above is applicable for all bookings made 30 days or less resulting in any cancellation due to

1. Pandemic.
2. Emergency.
3. Inconvenience of stay.
4. Unexpected evenets.
